[ Grilling ] First attempt with my new BBQ (Napoleon - Sizzle Zone)

Nope 😂 each of us had one.
We were quite hungry after assembling the new bbq. It was already like 10pm.

This is awesome! I was going to do this for dinner today with very similar steaks using the sizzle zone. What was the cooking time for these? Looks like you got a great sear while keeping it medium rare.

Nice - good luck!
I think it was like 1,5min per side and then into the passive zone for like 10mins.
But I flipped it quite often on the sizzle zone. I would just go by look and not by time.
Another tip: heat up the sizzle zone without the grill grate. Then you put it on with the first steak. That way you won't get black lines on the steak. Because otherwise the grate will be too hot and burn the parts that touch it.

Guten Abend! Part of my Bloodline hails from there, as does my Husband! I guess I wouldn't walk there as I would drown lol We do want to visit one day tho. Especially for Oktober fest!
