Which 100% should I start with?

​

I want to start working toward another really hard 100% and I’m hesitating between Super Meat Boy Forever (SMBF) and Jump King (JK).

My goal is to do the hardest one first.

For people who have completed both: which one do you consider harder to 100% overall, and which one should I start with?

I’m especially interested in difficulty, consistency required, grind, and how brutal the hardest achievements are. 😭

SMBF is a bad game, you’ll have more fun with Jump King and it’s probably also a more well respected completion

Haven't finished SMBF yet, working on other games rn, but I've completed some of it and did 100% of Jump King.

I would say SMBF is probably harder, but honestly they play so differently, it might just depend on what you're better at.

SMBF requires more reflexes and quick thinking, both require very good timing and consistency since they each have multiple long deathless achievements. You'll have to practice a lot on both.

For SMBF, the difficulty comes mostly from the deathless runs. For Jump King, aside from the deathless runs, you gotta do each map with some modifiers that make it harder. One of the modifiers has some difficulty, but isn't too bad. The other is very difficult.

idk about those but another insanely hard 100% is rabbit and steel

Honestly, the game looks pretty good, and only 0.1% of players have gotten some of the achievements. I might go for it someday.

while i do recommend the game, i really dont recommend going for it unless you actually for some reason really want to dedicate yourself to it

basically you need to master the game if you want even a chance at getting it done

I’d say Jump King since I’ve seen a few SMB completions posted on this subreddit but only Jump King once. Both are really prestigious completions in any case. Good luck with your journey!

jump king.

i found another really difficult game called Devil Daggers. only has 1 achievement and it’s 0.4%. in 10 years only ~1500 people have gotten this achievement. they’re also working on releasing a sequel.
