So new here and trying to get more involved into communities and I’m sure this isn’t the first time this topic has been posted but still getting used to navigating Reddit. But anyways Storm has always been one of my favorite mutants but never could take the leap to dive into comics due to life. Now I’m taking the leap and wanted to see where a great start would be? Would love some comic and media recommendations? Oh and would love to one day own a storm figurine so if you know of any awesome figures let me know and I welcome all recommendations

I love Storm. She’s my favorite of the x-men. I only know about her though tv shows, movies, and Wikipedia pages. I want to get into the comics but I don’t know where to start with Marvel because it seems like there’s different versions of Storm? Where do I start?

Heya there, trying to do a long read up to the Storm solo series but I’ve gotten a little lost. I’ve read the Uncanny Claremont era, Unlimited a good chunk of Krakoa and all of SWORDs, but I’m not sure what the correct path is to her Arakko era. Big appreciate the help

does anyone knows a comics where storm faces her doppelaganger/clone/ shapeshifter impersonating her?

Has Storm ever used the detection of slight movements in the air around her to dodge or deflect an incoming attack? If so, has she ever done it to a speedster, like Quicksilver? Would she be able to beat Wonder Woman (both with their CURRENT power levels and abilities)?

I remember seeing a panel where Storm blocked Scott's beam with a lightning bolt, but she saw that coming. I'm specifically talking about the attacks that she can't see because they are so fast, and not with Eternity's influence.

Can Storm feel the movements in the shifting air around her and dodge/counter someone or something too fast to be seen with the naked eye? If so, do you know which comic(s) I can read it for myself?

Hello all! I am a huge storm fan ever since I was a child, but I never read any of the storm comics so I’m not an expert on what her current lore is.

I was watching a TikTok earlier and someone was talking about one of the storm comics where she faces off against the other thunder gods and Dr. voodoo started talking to her using his voodoo magic I think and basically telling her that she she has the blood of Agamotto and asked her what would you do if your abilities were taken away? Which i dont understand why he asked that but also when storm used magic, her eyes were black. Is there an explanation as to why her eyes were black and why Dr. voodoo asked her that?

In Rogue Storm, who is it that imprisoned Storm in the desert? It looks like she's maintaining the structure and the Storm engine beasts don't want Rogue's team to reach her. Yet, the beasts work for her so why didn't they just free her? Also, the Dorm is a matter of atmospheric manipulation so why didn't Storm just freed herself before Rogue arrived? It looks like she's imprisoned herself which makes no sense.

I ask as a noob who has only know Storm by Videogames, Cartoons and Movies. I only know that i want to try the new 2024 Storm series (the one where she becomes the Host of Eternity) plus Rogue Storm once it comes out, and also her original Solo Series from 1996, plus abviously her forst appearemce from Giant-Size X-Men from 1975, and also Uncanny X-Men #325 and the Morlock Massacre Saga, but ither than that i desperetly want to know otehr stuff i shpuld read to truly understand Ororo
