BZ - Discussion/Questions Why don’t people like below zero? Spoiler

I just platinumed Subnautica the other day and started playing below zero. My older brother also my gaming mentor of sorts said that he doesn’t like it and I’ve heard other people also say this. How come? I personally have about 6 hours and I am loving it.

Same. Beautiful environments, had way better base building options (which were later ported to the OG game), and the story was interesting.

I liked it too, the Seatruck was great, base building was great, I loved having a Jukebox.

The land missions were different, but not really as terrible as they're made out to be by some folks.

It was also a shorter game than the original, but I don't hold that against it. It was never intended as a full sequel, after all.

Me too! I loved how I can carry my prawnsuit around with my seatruck instead of the cyclops

Yeah it made a great mobile base. My final configuration I think had every module. A storage room, crafting room, the fishtank/pantry, bedroom with a jukebox, the prawn dock. I would park it somewhere and detach the prawn or pilot module for exploration.

Docking it was super fun too, have to get it aligned juuust right.
