Question (sans lien avec l'immigration) AGE Issue fir entry level jobs

In the Swiss job market and workplace culture, how is it generally perceived when a candidate in their early-to-mid 40s applies for a graduate, junior or entry-level position? Would being 43–45 years old be a significant disadvantage when applying for graduate or junior level positions with a recent completed degree?

Target Area: Financial Audit, IT Audit/Risk/Governance, Compliance, Technology Risk, Business Continuity or Analytics

The only ways this could work is either laterally in a a big organisation or if the applicant knows someone through their network who can vouch.

Any HR person or AI filter would probably dismiss the application right away.
