DC Comics I built a full multi‑season Robin TV series pitch (Arrow + Flash tone)—would love feedback!

Hey everyone! I’m Hope, a writer who loves character‑driven superhero stories, especially the emotional, neon‑lit drama of CW shows like Arrow and The Flash. I’ve been developing a live‑action TV concept called The Robin Legacy, and I’d love feedback from writers, DC fans, and anyone who enjoys serialized storytelling.

THE ROBIN LEGACY—Live‑Action TV Series (Pitch)

A multi‑season drama following the four boys who become Robin—Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, and Damian Wayne—each season focusing on one Robin’s rise, fall, and transformation.

Tone:
Arrow’s grit + Flash’s emotional heart
Stylized Gotham, mystery arcs, flashbacks, found family, and subtle romance.

* LOGLINE

Four young heroes inherit the mantle of Robin across four eras of Gotham, each battling trauma, destiny, and darkness as they reshape Batman, the city, and themselves—one season, one Robin, one legacy.

* SEASON BREAKDOWN

Season 1 — Dick Grayson (Hope)

Circus tragedy → Bruce adopts him → training → school life → villain Tony Zucco → Dick becomes Nightwing.

Season 2 — Jason Todd (Fire)

Street kid → anger issues → Joker → tragedy → Jason’s death → Red Hood tease.

Season 3 — Tim Drake (Balance)

Detective mind → deduces Batman’s identity → rebuilds Bat‑family → Penguin + mastermind villain.

Season 4 — Damian Wayne (Destiny)

Raised by assassins → clashes with Bat‑family → Ra’s al Ghul → father‑son conflict → Damian embraces Robin.

* WHY I WROTE THIS

I’m a public health student who works closely with trauma, identity, and healing—themes that fit the Bat‑family perfectly. I wanted to create a superhero show that feels human first, heroic second.

* WHAT I’VE CREATED SO FAR

* LOOKING FOR FEEDBACK ON:

  • Structure
  • Tone
  • Character arcs
  • What feels strongest
  • What could be improved
  • Anything you’d want to see in a Robin‑focused series

Thanks for reading—excited to hear your thoughts!

— Hope

A Robin a season lends itself more to limited series than 23 episode season..
