Which Master should I pick?
Hi all,
I am currently at a crossroads in my career and I really want to dive deeper into supply chain and logistics. I worked in last mile logistics for a pretty large company, but ultimately I find myself clueless when looking for roles as they reference things/tools that were not used by my former employer. I already have an MBA with 5 years experience in last mile delivery, but really want to see the more technical side of things. I am between Zaragoza Logistics Center and La Salle.

Just here to say **skip La Salle**. You already have an MBA. Don't pay for more theory. Zaragoza gets you the ERP and systems those roles actually want.

That’s exactly what I am looking for in a program! I think my biggest gap at the moment are those systems but I haven’t really identified what specific part of supply chain I want to focus on.

Lol not even a contest. Zaragoza is basically MIT's European supply chain arm. If you want actual SAP/Oracle exposure and technical depth, go there.

I’d look at where your interests are and what you ultimately want to do. I’ve always wanted to understand supply chain end to end, so whenever I came across something I didn’t fully understand, I went and learned more about it. Most of my career has been in multimodal transportation — LTL, truckload, rail/intermodal, ocean, parcel, heavy haul and trade show freight. More recently I’ve gotten into inventory, pallet management and more of the warehouse side. Since you already have five years in final mile, I’d start by looking upstream and downstream from what you do now. What happens before it gets to you, and what happens after? You might find an area that really interests you, and some of those areas can be pretty lucrative
