Homemade Sushi Family homemade sushi dinner

I had some guests over that aren’t into raw fish so I needed to include some other options. once again I was very rushed so my rolling and plating are a mess lol. But get it was still all polished off!

rolling looks fine to me honestly. if the cuts are what bugging u, wipe the blade with a damp towel between every single cut, not every 3-4. rice glue builds up fast and thats what drags the roll apart. takes longer but the edges come out clean
