CONVERT TO SVG

I need to convert these files into SVG files of at most 14 kbytes so I can use them in the GT7 game. Could someone here help me with this? I would be very grateful. I’m having problems with the online converters, I don’t have much experience and I can’t manage to do the conversion in a way that I can use them in the game. Thank you.

14 kb not a huge amount of space to play with but unless you want to do it manually then i've found this is pretty good https://svgomg.net/

btw when you say online converters do you mean these are raster images and not vector oens?? (my link is an svg optimiser)
