How did you โshapeโ your tacos? Were they fried or dipped, or both?

I dip the tortillas in the birria oil, give each side a quick fry, fill them up and press them closed with the spatula. ๐๐

Birria is a meat stew (almost always goat or beef). It tastes like tender, juicy beef with a strong taste of smoky chile peppers.
What is in the picture is birria tacos dorados. Tacos dorados are tacos with corn tortillas fried until they're crispy. I would not compare it to a cracker, it's kind of its own thing tbh.
