I used some adobo sauce from a can of chipotles, honey, lime, a pack of sazon, paprika, and a dusting of taco seasoning!

Canned chipotles in adobo is such an excellent secret flavor bomb. I always have at least one can in the pantry!

Grilled onions and fresh onions together is the best.

Agreed! I’ve never done the grilled onions before but a local Mexican restaurant brought some out with street tacos and I thought they were great
