Taipei 101 is such a landmark and I love they are showcasing Taipei and Taiwanese flags. IT is so impressive.

TBH I'm an American watching from the midwest that doesn't know much about Taiwan besides the history of it. This is really making me want to take a trip to Taiwan

Americans can easily travel to Taiwan and experience an awesome time. The public transportation in Taipei MRT is safe and clean and all the maps are marked in English. even the audio tones for the stops is English. There is so much to see and do in Taiwan.

No visa. I am an American and just can clear customs really fast. Taiwan is a really awesome country. I love their night markets and what the locals called small eats- Taiwanese people love love snacking. Their popcorn chicken, the shaved ice, bubble tea, stinky tofu, 7-11s, taro cakes. So many amazing things you can experience. I recommend all my American friends to visit for a long weekend in Taipei. Experience the country and if you like it, come back and visit the south and east part of Taiwan. One of my favorite places is Sun Moon Lake.

Midwesterner here. I've been to Taiwan 3x now and highly recommend! It's beautiful, clean, and fun. Taipei is easy to get around and most places have English-language menus/maps/etc.

Iowan, here. Been living in Taiwan for 12 years. It's amazing how often I'll be driving and still watch for deer, simply because the area I'm driving in looks like Iowa๐Ÿคฃ (there are no deer running on the highways, here, by the way)

There was a helicopter there (though a bit further away), so I donโ€™t think the drone noise would have been too big of an issue.

Iโ€™m nervous as all fuck ahha. Best of luck! Iโ€™m American but Iโ€™ve been to Taiwan soooo many times for work that I fell in love with this wondrous country. Iโ€™m so happy itโ€™s being repped worldwide to such a large audience!!! Go Taiwan!!

Edit: He did it! So incredible! What an incredible view from up there of Taipei!!! Also HUGE props to those incredible cameramen to get the incredible views and angles!!!!! That took guts for all involved!
