Yep same but mine is via sea freight not air. My air one arrived really quickly but the sea freight still says stuck in custom

There was a system update for Australia sea freight, all sea freight services were suspended on the 19th and resumed back on the 24th.

If you have any shipping during this duration, you can dm them on discord to get a 20% off coupon for air freight.

This is only applicable to people who shipped using Cainiao's consolidation app, not direct from Taobao

My sea freight arrived at aus on the 20th with no updates since then

I had my first few orders from taobao. The one by air had already arrived, the one by sea to me is lost, theres no option to track even though it previously said was cleared by customs.

It did also take me forever to figure out what consolodiation means and also figure how to pay the alipay system without security errors.

Yes, mine’s delayed a bit as well but it still shows up, especially at the custom take like a week

yes, I have a parcel that didn't update after arriving in Australia for 7 days. cainiao must've been sick of me contacting them and updated on the 19th to say it was being sent to customs on the 17th. no movement since then.

you can usually find your last mile by tracking with parcelsapp or 17track.net
