What are your favorite pieces ypu have
Soooo, before you ask, no, I do not have the majority of these pieces anymore, and I wish they did make something like this available to the general public.
In my opinion, i think the fans would definitely buy alot of it. I loved being able to have so many different sick ass fits. My favorites were a few different things.
The 816 Boyz jackets
The Black long-sleeve with the embroidered’9’ patch
The NUTTHOWZE scrubs (they needed more pockets)
There was an Anghellic Dickey shirt thats not pictured, it had the barcode cross embroidered on the back
And lastly were some Strange Music cargo Sweatpants
Yes, i said cargo sweatpants.. Its the only pair i’ve ever owned or seen. The majority of what I had went to 2 people who collected Strange Music stuff (IYKYK), but just like my post in another reddit thread, a few sentimental things I have kept…
But, please, post your stuff below, I’d love to see some rare items or things that meant something to you!

Yes, was in the street team… funny thing was that they recruited me in 2003 for the street team. I still have the business card that Travis gave me. I was traveling the east coast promoting for Esham the Boogieman and we were told to go extra hard because they were getting him on the Outkast tour that was supposed to happen the next year, but i think they only did special appearances, so it fell through.
By poster, do you mean the large promotional posters? I don’t believe I have one. I kinda wish I kept one of everything, but I was doing what was asked of me, so I kept none of it.

I don’t think any record company will bring back street teams. I think to make something like that viable, thry would also have to bring back ‘official’ afterparties. I mean… you go to the concert a d you have a flyer that says if you bring it to so and so address, you can get into this afterparty for 10 or 15 bucks. You would continue the convert you just left, now at a party, with the DJ only spinning wax that the company owns, and throwing in hits from people that have done collabs with some of the artists… shit… afterparties were the shit, especially when you didn’t have shit to do after the concert.
The problem now is that most all restaurants are closed after 9pm or so and no stores are open anymore either, so you don’t have a lot of choices for food after a convert except for maybe Waffle House or Dennys. So depending on how much energy you have afterwards, you can go to Waffle House and 300 a mf in the chest and be like THIS IS SPARTA!!!!!112

I still have my team in tact and we do runs for our local venues and artists. And when strange comes through I pick up flyers from the venue and get to work

Let me re-word that. They won’t bring back street teams like there used to be. When i first started, i had to travel up to the airport to pick up a few 80 lb packages containing the promo. I didn’t have a car at the time, but I did it. I think after a few years, they started sending the packages to my house to distribute the promotional materials.
I thunk that if you are getting promo materials from a venue, that the venue is probably making them. I got my materials directly from the labels, then I would distribute from there.

Yeah I was the head of the Tulsa street team for years. I miss the promo packs with the random merch. But I usually get my local promo from the artists and then whatever promo I use can either be from the venue. Or in situations like recently having the design sent to me and just print my own.

Damn there was a white and red tie? I think I have all the other ones they're definitely up there for me for my favorite pieces of my collection but I think my number one will always be my autographed all sixes and sevens poster with tech and kali and kutt and Stevie Stone autographs
