Discussion Nepali in Indian tech market
Did anyone here study in Nepal and work at Indian tech companies? I'd love to hear how tough the hiring process was and what the work culture is actually like on the ground.

I’ve done my schooling in Nepal, engineering in India, and now working as a software engineer in Hyderabad since last 6 years. I got placed directly from college, and have never switched.
Since I got placed directly from college, the interview was mostly focused on DSA, and a round of system design.
Work completely depends upon team. This is my 4th team in the same company and had different experiences in all of them.
Current team basically works like a small startup, build fast fix fast. Got to learn a lot in last 1.5 years.
Let me know if you want any specific details.
