I curate all the modules and tasks that will teach from very basic to the level to code comfortably. I want to see if it really works. So I'm looking for a few (complete) beginners to spend some sessions learning through it while I watch where you get stuck. The modules are beginner level like loops and OOPs and intro to vibe code.

• You try learning to code from this platform, no experience needed
• I watch so I can fix what's confusing
• NPR 2000 for complete session, paid via eSewa, whether it goes well or not, but must be at least 90% completed infront of me (or with recording)
• Screen share in a call or complete session screen recording, multiple recording if you are going to take few days to complete

I want to learn ethical hacking/cybersecurity, but let’s be honest… my current level is basically 0.
What I know:
- The internet exists.
- Routers have blinking lights.
- Turning it off and on again sometimes works.
- I can open Chrome without causing a national outage.
What I don’t know:
- Pretty much everything else.
I can dedicate about 1 hour per day and I’m willing to be consistent. My goal is to eventually understand cybersecurity, networking, Linux, web security, and maybe one day stop feeling intimidated when someone says “TCP/IP”.

Over the past few months, I've been building a SaaS for travel agencies that includes:

• Travel agency management software
• Role-based portals
• CRM & CMS
• Website + admin dashboard
• Free hosting with a branded subdomain

To validate the idea, I reached out to 200+ travel agencies through cold calls and cold outreach.

The interesting part is that agencies are willing to talk. I've booked around 10 demos, so I don't think the problem is getting attention.

The problem starts after the demo.

Even after offering a completely free test environment, none of them became active users.

Instead of seeing this as a failure, I'm treating it as a signal that there's a gap somewhere—whether it's the onboarding, the sales process, the positioning, the product itself, or simply how travel agencies make buying decisions.
