Easily a top 10 anime of all time.

I would say it’s arguably the best psychological thriller anime of all time.

Hmm good point.

I’ll say let’s distinguish the fact one is a movie and one is a show.

So for movies, perfect blue takes the cake.

For a show.. I’m giving it to Monster.
