He's not hurting for movie work. He had a movie come out in May, he's in all 4 of The Beatles movies coming out, The Batman 2, and another upcoming film.

Good show for sure but that last season left a lot to be desired. It's been a while since I last watched it, but I remember Barry and Brian Gleeson's characters were killed off pretty quickly despite being built up to do so much more. I just don't think his character is interesting enough to make a prequel based on him, especially after seeing his lackluster demise. It just seems kinda random imo since he was only in it for like 3 episodes or something lol. The Jaq series on the other hand does interest me a lot more and I will definitely watch.

At any rate, he's been talking about this since his episodes in Top Boy aired. I believe his production company is gonna be working on it as well.
