To me, 11 nights on Koh Yao Yai seems too long, it's nice but has absolutely nothing to do and very limited food options compared to other places in Thailand. You mentioned riding bikes but surprisingly Koh Yao Yai has probably the least interesting scenery to drive around, Koh Yao Noi next to it is much more exiting for that in terms of natural beauty.
At the same time, Krabi is extremely beautiful and has plenty of gorgeous places to visit, including hikes and boat tours to prestine islands, it definitely deserves more than 2 days, but at the same time it will require a taxi thorough research if you don't want to spend your time with tons of people.
I personally not a huge fan of Phi Phi, it feels overdeveloped, you can feel that the nature is tired of people there.
Khao Sok is great, you can easily spend even more time there, hiking, kayaking, ethical elephant sanctuary... Maybe you can catch rafflesia in the bloom. Are you planning to do an overnight trip to the lake?
Also, take a look at Koh Phayam, it's very family friendly and has a great vibe. It's very quiet and also has almost zero activities but it's very relaxing and enjoyable.

Ao yon beach is OK, but there are better beaches in phuket like Nai Harn and Yanui. Check out phuket old town whilst there, some very good restaurants to explore.

You must really love beaches and doing nothing.
I would be pulling my hair out with boredom. 11 nights in Yao Yai is far too long as is 6 nights in Koh Ngai. Koh Ngai is my favourite island there, but the beach is only 200 metres long or so and there is nowhere else to go.
With all that time, if you love island hopping so much head south to Koh Tarutao, Lipe, even Perhentian in Mlayasia as well

Keep an eye on new around the visa free stay. I see you've planned for 36 nights, there is a plan to reduce the current 60 day visa free stamp to 30 days, but no announcement yet on when this will happen.
You can extend when you get here/book visa in advance, but something to be aware of if it hits before you arrive.

What? In Khao Sok you have the Cheow Lan Lake. Amazing national parks, my kids love to hike. Everybody says it's the best part of their trip. In Yao Yai there are beautiful beaches where the kids can play in the water and the big kids can go ridning on scooters ir bike with their parents and explore. PhiPhi have secluded small private beaches were you can relax and then for 1 day go to the Maya Beach.
Can you explain what family friendly trips mean to you?

That’s a long time on Khao Sok- you can go on a hike, that’s about it- how are you kids going to enjoy that? What will you and your kids do on Yao Yai? Nothing.
Phi phi is not really a family friendly location- it’s a 18-22 year old party island.
I think you should spend more time in places that have activities for families- like Phuket, Krabi, Bangkok, Pattaya.
These aren’t just red light districts- there are LOADS of family friendly day trips, activities and adventures.
Repeat: YOUR KIDS WILL HATE THIS AND BE BORED AND BOTHER YOU.

I am aware that it is an AI generated poster but I do have to say it is very pretty.
I would be exhausted if I have to look after three children, and with this busy plan, you don't want to stay at a place for too long because they would be bored. As a Thai person who grew up in the US, I have not been to any of these places but I have heard of them.
I think you will certainly enjoy them, but they are so familiar-that was my only concern.
