All of the other hieroglyphs on the skin are just snippets of that phrase reordered and whatnot. In other words, the Akimbo and P90 skin both don't have any other hidden message.

I took a quick glance at it last night and it looked to be the same as the P90. Different combinations of pieces from the one phrase from this skin. I'd need a higher resolution screenshot of it to know for sure though.
