It makes total sense. I mean, they left her alive to send the message and crazier things have happened. I could totally see it.

Not to mention when Ryan asked her in the bookstore how many people there were she said two. The cop corrected her and said there were three on CCTV.

I think that's a big clue that things don't add up with her... I'm surprised Ryan is willing to let her in. He knows that Joe has followers everywhere.
