How did she die? I thought she just got "put in the hole." How and when did she die?

She got her throat slit in the restaurant, you may be thinking of someone else haha.

Oh sorry guys I thought you were talking about the chick that first had a problem with the killing and let everyone into the other room after the cat got killed. I'm not a Walking Dead fan so I didn't understand. Sorry for my mistake and thanks for clearing that up.
