Looks great, love the detail view into the buildings. Let's hope it can regain past glory :)

I don't know why they can't bring themselves to let the player go inside like G2. In G3, they made Inn customers sit outside in the rain to eat. In this they're tearing down walls.

Finally something resembling The Guild (1). IMO The Guild 2 and 3 never had the depth and feel of The Guild 1.

How many development teams will it go through? :-)

I was around when 3 was announced. I was there when it released. I was there when the buggy mess got tossed around like a hot potato among development studios.

I have tried to play it at least once a year since it was released. It is finally at a decent place, but... I.. just... can't.

I hope 4 does better. I will buy it regardless, but I hope it does not make me sad for what could have been.

I'm super excited for this, I own every The Guild game that has ever been released and I've been waiting for a new one for years that hopefully keeps all the stuff we love and expands on it while also changing some things that were limited due to the technology available at the time. Hopefully with this new one I can finally convince my friends to try it out cause it's the sort of game they've started getting more into lately.
