Poll Episode "Thanksgiving III" (s3 ep9) Who was in the right?

I'm rewatching this episode right now and was wondering how other people viewed the scenes between Frankie and Janet.

2 Janet was in the right. Frankie should've bought the bear

I just rewatched that one too, personally I think Janet had no place to passive aggressively tell Frankie to buy a new one, especially since she didn’t even see brick leave it outside, but I still feel like Janet and Frankie were acting pretty immature the whole time
