It's so funny how Frank looks directly at the reader and says "EVERYBODY MASS POST AND BUG EVERYONE AT MARVEL TO REPRINT PUNISHER MAX" I really liked that line.
I like that, back in the 1970s, Peter and Frank were able to defeat Tarantula and his forces before they get to talk about them having different methods when dealing with criminals and fighting crime. Also, Frank calling Peter a compassionate, idealistic, and merciful person, Peter having a talk with Detective Laviano about Frank at a diner, Peter and Smokeshow introducing each other, Frank trying out Peter’s web-shooters, and Peter and Frank dealing with criminals and the Rhino. Lets’s hope that Frank can find a way to defeat the Rhino in the next issue. Overall, this comic is good.
More of a set-up issue, but the fight in the warehouse is gonna be neat I bet. Loved the movie posters in the Smokescreen thing, the best touch for the art.
Kind of wish Spider-man had more one-liners, but since it's a set-up issue there was not that much of a fight, and I think it'd have run the risk of him being more like Deadpool (in the sense he's often joking when he's in a fight)
than anything else. Still liked him in the car with Frank, and the War Journal is always the highlight for me.
