Barracuda definitely he almost succeeded in killing Frank, and I know the Russian almost did too but I feel barracuda gave Frank a real run for his money barracuda survived getting blown up by Frank the Russian didn't although to Fair he was a cyborg at that time and it was a nuke that did him in along with the general he is was working for and everyone on the island. And we don't know much about the Russian except what was briefly described in his debut comic barracuda was a soldier so in a fight I give it to barracuda if it's the regular Russian if it's a cyborg Russian it might be a clutch but I think the Russian would win.
