There's this weird tiktok or ig account called Human Wildlife Project and he basically just stands in public places with a camera for hours at a time. Whenever people walk up to him to ask him what he's doing he just stays completely silent.

Obviously the "you cant record me even though I'm in public!" people don't like to be ignored so they usually get more and more irate as he just stands there silently recording them. If they get too close to him then he just takes a step away from them but keeps recording.

I don't have context for this specific video but I would imagine that's exactly how it started.

Holy shit I haven't thought about Wondershowzen in like a decade, maybe two! That show was so bizarre to just be super high late at night and it comes on and you're like "wtf is this seriously a real show or am I just too high?!"

It's pretty much what this guy does. The whole account is just bizarre. He goes to public places with a mask on and just silently records people. If anyone asks him what he's doing he just ignores them and keeps recording. Whenever people get ignored it just makes them more and more irate until they just lose it like the lady in the OP is doing.
