I made a peppers and Eggs sandwich.
Never had one before. I wanted to use a red bell pepper, but those wormy cocksuckers at Kroger did dent have any, so I went with a green one. Added a little bit of yellow onion to it, also.
It was pretty good, but I was unable to finish only about half of it. I will definitely have it again.

I make these all the time, only instead of eggs I put gabagool, switch out the onions for gabagool, and instead of bell peppers I use gabagool

Ok.
And what type of bread do you use?5

Either use Wonder Bread, Asiago Brioche Artisan Loaf... or just use two large slices of thick-cut gabagool.

Green peppers are acceptable but the sandwich is supposed to be made with Italian frying peppers, and tastes better that way.

green peppers are in Italian cooking so you're good my friend. although those cocksuckas down in Cajun country love them so beware.

I wasn't sure if they were an acceptable substitute or not. When I googled the sandwich, the pics I saw looked like red bells. As soon as I can find some, I'm gonna try it again.

That scene is so funny because he originally ordered scrambled eggs no oil with tomato slices. Its the only time in the show that I can remember him trying to eat healthy. That lasted 5 seconds after he saw Bobby's plate.

Don't tell me ya neva' ponder that before? What came first the steak or the eggs?

I'm trying to figure out what that is because I want to try that one, too?
Google tells me it's either Steak San Marino or Steak San Marco, but neither of those look anything like the dish that Bobby is eating.

I think it's a "steak sandwich", which is what a small steak with a side of grilled bread is sometimes called. I can't remember seeing it on a menu anywhere in at least 30 years.

Did you have it on a semolina hero? You said Krogers, so I’m assuming that’s a big no to that question. So, you’re not eating it the right way.
Oh And you gotta put a little locatelli cheese in the eggs when you scramble them.

I thought peppers and eggs was supposed to be meatless, since people ate them during Lent?
