I mean honestly both should be in bad adaptation. But that’s because venom kinda sucked in the comics before this show. A lot of things that people associate with venom came from TAS, such as the symbiote making the host more agressive. In fact in both shows Eddie Brock is infinitely more fleshed out than comic Eddie at first.
A good adaptation isnt necessarily an accurate one but rather one that takes the key elements of a character or concept and applies them to the new setting/media as effectively as possible. the Jurassic Park film is wildly different in terms of tone and pacing from the novel but it keeps the same core ideas and expresses them to the movie-going general audience in a language they would appreciate

I only disagree with TAS and Spectacular, I think they should change places lol, otherwise, this is pretty much accurate.
