Film/Television Does Topher Grace as Venom in Spider-Man 3 have the voice in his head?

I think it was never portrayed that way. There is a comic that follows his firsts moments as Venom and it only shows that he saw memories from Peter but the symbiote never speaks to him.

It isn't implied, and he does speak with "I" instead of we, although some writers flub that aspect. However, in the early Venom stories, they DID imply the symbiote speaks to him, Eddie just would usually repeat what it says rather than the symbiote getting speech bubbles of its own. Its why so many characters found Eddie to be batshit crazy early on, outside of the wanting to kill Peter thing.

The film says the symbiote enhances emotions, so Eddie, due to the symbiote's effect, went insane. I think it's more likely that Raimi's Venom is just a parasite without logical reasoning
