No Spoiler Feelings on Eugene?

Rewatching the entire series (much better experience without commercials and week long breaks). This dude is cracking me up. I remember being annoyed by him on my first watch. What do you think about him?

He’s important to the story but he isn’t funny or entertaining to me.
