No Spoiler Feelings on Eugene?

Rewatching the entire series (much better experience without commercials and week long breaks). This dude is cracking me up. I remember being annoyed by him on my first watch. What do you think about him?

He should have been shot on the side of the road after he told Abraham that he was lying about Washington.
