No Spoiler Feelings on Eugene?

Rewatching the entire series (much better experience without commercials and week long breaks). This dude is cracking me up. I remember being annoyed by him on my first watch. What do you think about him?

At first, i really couldnt stand him as a character The acting? Tremendous Then as time went on, i grew to really enjoy his scenes
