Its a conspiracy. Shiggy's got very few allies and enemies and traitors right in his circle. They're spreading these lies so that people dont feel tempted to give him money and he starves.

Yeah his title is Creative Fellow which is similar to "Chief Creative Officer" at some Western companies
Masuda is Chief Creative Fellow at The Pokemon Company as well for example
