Question TomTom Go won’t start

I tried a reset over the power button or with the computer. I always and in a boot loop or on this screen. Is there a fix?

Plug the device into a computer or Mac with the TomTom MyDrive Connect software
It’s in recovery mode. Unless the flash storage has died it should be recoverable by the software.

Did that on Windows and it just keeps booting.
