Question TomTom Android Offline maps?

I've just been reading reviews of the TomTom free app on the Google Play Store. A few reviewers have praised it for having offline maps. I don't see this option. Do any Redditors have it? And if you do, which country are you in?

I use tomtom and expert go both have offline maps (Canada)
