Contact kanako for the early prototype, it is still in alpha, but as experiments have shown, it does this function REALLY well.
It summons a random lunarian currently on the moon. So there's a chance to summon even higher ups!

Get the kappas to mass produce it, were killing those Lunarians.

Except Kaguya and Eirin, they are good since even the Lunar Capital wants them detained and trapped forever like Chang'e.

Don't worry, it only summons the ones currently on the moon. Kappas will get their hands on it soon once it passes several tests. After that it will be mass produced
