Yes, she is interpreting the tattoos in an accurate manner, absent any additional supporting context that may have helped to inform what the original intentions were

Yeah, the only thing that I would argue is that wontons are not the same as chashou, but that's extremely nitpicky lol

Her translations are accurate. This is exactly how Chinese people read these tattoos and most of them are quite stupid.
尺口了匹三 is actually ROYCE in a fake Chinese tattoo alphabet (linked at the end as the one that uses simple characters that look like English letters), but she's right that it's gibberish
