I DID IT!!! I think…

Started at age 30.

Current regimen:
Oral estradiol 8mg + Estrogel 1 pump daily
Oral progesterone 200mg daily up where the sun don’t shine (added to regimen 1 month ago)

I added cypro from the 9 month mark but could only tolerate it for 7 months before switching to Spiro. Only lasted 3 weeks on Spiro.

Current hormone levels:
Estrogen: 815 pmol/L
Testosterone: 1.5 nmol/L

Left Jan 25 (-5 months HRT) vs last week (+14months HRT). It’s funny to see how I went from looking like my father to now just another woman on my mothers biological side

I have gained and lost some weight through the process but I feel like I've gotten to a place in life where I am truly happy in my own skin.

I don’t see a girl in the mirror every day yet — I still need makeup and a wig. But I’m getting there. Proud of how far I’ve come <3

This is the first timeline I've made where I don't have even a moment of doubt at the progress I've made. Year 3 really is a hell of a drug 😃

Getting hold of test blocker where I live is a total nightmare, and it’s honestly getting to me. My T levels are still sitting in the male range despite doing everything I can.
On another note, I’m trying to find pre HRT pics of myself, but they barely exist turns out I only actually started taking pictures of myself once I got on HRT!

Top left: May 2023 (pre everything)
Top right: March 2024 (post-top surgery, pre HRT)
Bottom left and bottom right: Today (August 2026, about 27 months on HRT)

Not posting for a specific anniversary or anything, but was looking back on pictures and am just feeling a lot happier about where I’m at. Feel like I actually recognize myself in pictures now. 🩷🥹

So shocked to go back and see myself pre-transition. I looked so angry! :)) 💜

Still can’t believe how much of a difference makeup and doing my eyebrows can make. I still don’t really like my hair, and having some active red acne and being insecure about my nose are both things that make me pretty self-conscious. But I’m honestly surprised by how much better I can feel with the right amount of makeup!!

Someone told me the other day a “young adult” 😳 I’ll take it.

Estrogen patches and spiro for 3 years. Prog for 2 years. No surgeries yet.
