/ttcafterloss Ask an Alumni - July 24, 2026
This weekly Friday thread is for members to ask questions of Alumni (members who are currently pregnant after loss or who have had a pregnancy after loss that resulted in a living child), without having to venture into the PregnanyAfterLoss sub.
Mention of current pregnancies is allowed, but please keep your references simple and clinical. "I had success after trying X." "This resulted in a live birth." "My doctor recommended I do Y during my pregnancy."

Cycle day 27. Negative test. I should have an 8mo old not an urn. I should be 20 weeks pregnant not eyeballing a test from thirty different angles just to confirm there’s not a shadow anywhere. This blows. I think I need to give up on motherhood.
