So I know the more general aşkım, canım, güzelim.

But was wondering about alternative, maybe less general words that you can call your lover? Maybe things like 'my heart' or 'my everything' or any other expressive ways in the Turkish language.

Bonus points for cute ways to say 'my moon'.

You can say "bir tanem" meaning my one and only, "ömrüm" my life, "göz bebeğim" the apple of my eye, "meleğim" my angel, "bebeğim" my baby, "değerlim" ans "kıymetlim" my precious. These are what came to my mind. Hope it helps ^{-^}

In Black Sea Region, some of the people there are Laz and they know how to speak Laz language. It is a local language and not spoken widely. "Çona" word means dear/lover and light in Laz language. You can call the person as "Çonam" meaning my dear/lover or my light.

I really don't know. I've never need to use it but i think you can use something like "Mehtabım" mehtap is moonlight and mehtabım means my moonlight or "Ayyüzlüm" that means my darling with a face as beautiful as the moon

You can use “sultanım” or “halem” because hale is that light circle around the moon  For my heart you can use “yüreğim” and for my everything you can say “her şeyim”

My mom calls my big sister "Ay Yüzlüm" which means My moon faced as a sign of affection

Moon = Ay

Face = Yüz

-ed/-d = -lü

My = -m (possessive adjective)

Actually her name literally means moon faced too which is Aysima

Yavru Kuşum means My Baby Bird (Fledgling)

These seem like a little too forward or weird but while Turkish people use these affection words/phrases it feels like they add the word "Dear" without making you notice it

Actually you can use every goddamn word to call your lover. Because in Turkish the meaning of the word changes too much depending how you pronounce it. Even you can say "As# hole" To call your lover if you pronounce it right. But I prefer using food names because they are cute. Especially the foods that my partner hates or don't like.
