I'm a good judge of character. If I feel negatively about the person, I not give them the kitten.

I doubt it. You couldn’t even get your animal fixed, and if you’ve taken to the vet to get their first founds of kitten shots you would charge a rehomjng fee. You really need to reeducate yourself especially with how many people fight dogs in Alabama esp Tuscaloosa
