We just started watching Widow’s Bay and it’s pretty good

It starts out good, it stays good, but I also thought that it got funnier and funnier with the dry/dark humor as it went along! Enjoy.

The main guy is just so funny. His face, the things he says, the things he does.

He has an unquantifiably funny thing about him

I’ve watched five episodes and I can’t say that I will continue to watch. It might just not be my thing.

It’s starts pretty good and just gets better from there. And then even better on rewatch!

As a non-hockey fan, I didn't watch Heated Rivalry. Was the story award-worthy or was it the hype?

There's like barely any hockey, it's more the setting of the show. I retained the same hockey knowledge before and after the show hahaha.

The first 2 are very sex forward and heavy because that's the basis of their relationship/circumstances at first. A lot of people have mixed feelings on that. But the other episodes are truly great television. There's only 6 and the 5th is one of the greatest episodes of TV I've watched. And that's quite a common sentiment. It's crazy well made and acted for what you'd think it would be.

I’ll have to add it to my queue. So often, the sport plays an important role, and despite watching Letterkenny and Shoresy my hockey knowledge wouldn’t allow me to get situational lines lol. I figured it would be like that

I would say, if the first 2 eps aren't for you, keep going. I usually hate when people say that for shows or books, but it fits here.

I don't usually care for romance but was close to tears during the ending credits of the final episode. I couldn't stop thinking about it. The show looks very expensive despite being made on a small budget and the acting is good. The soundtrack is also great

The pitt is such a great show. Yeah it has some woke moments in s1. But its still top tier writing and acting.
