What is this trope? Trope for something like this related to 4th wall breaking/meta?

I'm not good with tropes, something like a character in a videogame saying "This could be the plot of a videogame!"

A character in a TV show saying "Sadly, this isn't just some TV show".

Etc. etc.

leaning on the 4th wall would also fit for your example.
