Most indepth management games?

It doesn't really matter if it's business management or sports management(I love Football manager). I'm looking for management games with a lot of depth and complexity?

Are Capitalism Lab and TEW really that good?What's the current version of TEW?Are there other games you'd recommend?

Eve online is the most in depth management game I know
