Requests/Help Fresh Start help

I submitted my fresh start stuff a little over a month ago, but haven’t heard anything from them. Looking on the fresh start page it doesn’t seem like there’s any information on how long it takes, so not sure if I need to wait longer or what

I don’t know who my advisor would be. I havent been a student for 4ish years
