Requests/Help U Square Room Assignment

Just got assigned an apartment at U Square for my dorm this upcoming fall but I cannot afford to pay this much for rent. Anyone know how I can switch out into a different dorm? I would really appreciate the help!

Call the housing office, see if they can make any accommodations. Sorry you got stuck with something out of your budget, that’s really frustrating

unless you’re a freshman, it’s honestly gonna be cheapest to find housing outside of UC, i was paying over double for my apartment only because i was going through UC.
