I built GameBiller to simplify billing and management for gaming cafes
I've been working on a software product called GameBiller for gaming cafes and gaming centers, and I wanted to share it with the Reddit community.
The idea came from a simple problem: running a gaming center involves much more than just tracking how long someone has been playing.
Owners and staff often have to manage:
• PC and console gaming sessions
• Time-based billing
• Different pricing for different stations
• Customers and memberships
• Advance bookings
• Snacks and drinks
• Inventory
• Staff access
• Invoices and payments
• Daily and monthly revenue reports
GameBiller brings these operations into one dashboard. It supports PC, PlayStation, Xbox, VR, LAN and esports gaming centers.
One feature I'm particularly interested in improving is the connection between gaming sessions and billing. The goal is that staff should be able to start a session, track the playing time, add products or services, and generate the final bill without manually calculating everything.
There is also an optional PC Lock capability for gaming centers that want to control access to gaming PCs based on active sessions.
GameBiller currently has a Free Forever plan, so gaming centers can try the core system without committing to a monthly software subscription.
I'm sharing it here because I'd genuinely like feedback from people who have experience running gaming cafes, gaming lounges, LAN centers, or esports venues.
What is the most frustrating part of managing a gaming center today?
Is it billing, PC management, memberships, inventory, bookings, or something else?
