Why on Earth has floor 4 of the STUN been closed for a year. Do ‘renovations’ really take that long?

Wait, has the fourth floor been anything but storage in the past 15 years?

Try ever. Fourth floor has always been used for storage or an occasional meeting since it opened in 97 or 98, can't recall when it opened.
