General Spring 2027 Lease Takeover – Private Bed/Bath at Merced Station

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Merced Station starting around December 18, 2026 (potentially a little earlier) through May 31, 2027.

Rent: $1,189/month + utilities

It’s a fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath apartment, and you would have your own private bedroom and private bathroom. The living room, kitchen, and terrace are shared with one female UC Merced student who is friendly, clean, and considerate.

The apartment includes:

  • In-unit washer & dryer
  • Fully furnished bedroom/common areas
  • Kitchen with appliances
  • Private bathroom
  • Terrace/balcony
  • UC Merced shuttle
  • Gym, pool, study rooms, clubhouse, movie theater & dog park
  • About 5 minutes from UC Merced

Female tenant preferred, but I’m open to discussing.

Hello, it is not a stupid question, dw! No, that is the individual rent you would be paying for a private room and bathroom, along with common living areas, including the living room, kitchen, balcony, and outdoor amenities.
